Ed’s wide-ranging professional experience has uniquely equipped him to deal with the elusive and nearly impossible. Ed makes deals come together. He began his career as a corporate M&A lawyer, negotiating and litigating multi-billion dollar deals; he then built a successful practice as a real estate attorney. Ed founded ABA to offer buyers a new way to purchase New York City real estate: the Buyer’s Rebate.  He jumped at the opportunity when New York State changed its laws in early 2009 to allow real estate brokers to offer rebates. Through this unique and  innovative program, ABA offers buyers a refund of up to 1.5% of the purchase price at closing.
